If have the OLD version installed, please un-install that first by navigating to
Ninja Trader's Control Center > Tools > Remove Assembely > SuperAreas 1.0.X

> If you have old version and have already removed the old version then proceed to Download the 1.0.7.1 indicator by clicking here.

> Open the NinjaTrader Control Center and navigate to Tools > Import > Ninja Script Add-On. Select the downloaded SuperAreasAlgoDotComLevels_V1.0.7.1.zip file and follow the prompts to install.

How to Use:

> Open a 30-minute chart in NinjaTrader, right-click the chart, and select Indicators. From the list, choose SuperAreasAlgoDotComLevels. Configure the settings and enter your SuperAreas.com username and password to activate. For Market Type Symbol of your desired market!

Save Your Workspace:

> In the Control Center, go to Workspaces and save your current workspace to retain your settings.

For TradingView

> NQ Click here to view the indicator on TradingView. On the script page, click Add to Favorites.
> ES Click here to view the indicator on TradingView. On the script page, click Add to Favorites.

> Open a 30-minute chart on TradingView. Click Indicators, navigate to the Favorites tab, and select SuperAreasAlgo-com Futures Levels.

- 4.1. SuperAreas.com is currently in beta mode, and as such, it may have limited functionality, contain bugs, and be subject to changes and updates without notice.
- 4.2. Customer understands that the Service is provided in beta mode for testing and evaluation purposes. Provider makes no guarantees regarding the availability or stability of features during the beta phase.
5. Limitation of Liability:
- 5.1. In no event shall Provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Service.
- 5.2. Customer agrees that Provider's liability for any claim arising from this SLA shall be limited to the amount paid by Customer to Provider for the Service during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Force Majeure: Provider shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this SLA due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, labor disputes, technical failures, internet issues, ISP problems, DNS issues, hosting problems, and other factors not reasonably foreseeable or within Provider's control.

Intellectual Property and Non-Reverse Engineering Agreement

1. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all its components, source code, object code, design, architecture, interfaces, and any related documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of SuperAreas. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Software is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark, and trade secret laws.

2. No Reverse Engineering

The User agrees not to engage in, nor permit any third party to engage in, any of the following activities:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code or underlying structure of the Software.
Attempting to decrypt, hack, or bypass any security mechanisms embedded in the Software.
Modifying, adapting, or altering the Software or any part of it for any purpose.
Using the Software in any way that could enable or assist in the development of competing software or products.

3. Non-Compete

The User agrees not to use the Software, or any knowledge gained from the Software, to create, develop, or support any software, product, or service that competes with SuperAreas’ Software or business offerings.

4. No Modification or Derivative Works

The User agrees not to create derivative works based on the Software or modify any portion of the Software. Any unauthorized use, modification, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

The User agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Software’s design, source code, algorithms, and other proprietary information. The User agrees not to disclose, share, or distribute any part of the Software to third parties without the prior written consent of SuperAreas.

6. Commercial Use Prohibition and Legal Action

The User agrees not to use the Software for any unauthorized commercial purposes. If SuperAreas discovers that the Software has been used for commercial purposes in violation of this Agreement, SuperAreas will take all necessary legal actions to pursue claims for damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, against the User in a court of law. The User agrees that they will be liable for any damages incurred by SuperAreas due to such violations.

7. Applicability

This Agreement applies whether the User has purchased or leased the Software. The User’s obligations under this Agreement remain in full force and effect regardless of how the Software was acquired.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada, for any legal proceedings related to this Agreement.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and SuperAreas regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, related to the Software.
