SuperAreas.com Giveaway Official Rules
These Official Rules apply to every SuperAreas.com promotional giveaway, including the current campaign and all future campaigns, unless a campaign page states additional terms that are consistent with these Rules. Submitting an entry, checking the acceptance box, or otherwise participating is a legally binding acceptance of these Rules and of the SuperAreas.com Full Terms, Conditions & Disclosures.
Sponsor / supplier. SuperAreas.com giveaways are sponsored by Amicable Marketing Inc., doing business as SuperAreas.com / Limitless Wealth Enterprise (the “Sponsor”), operating from Ontario, Canada. Contact: [email protected]. SuperAreas.com is a trading-education platform. It is not a broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, investment adviser, prop firm, bank, or the issuer of any third-party prize product.
Binding agreement and digital signature. By entering, checking the acceptance box, clicking submit, or otherwise participating, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have legal capacity to enter a binding contract, and agree to these Official Rules and to the website terms at https://superareas.com/terms_full.php. That website agreement, including its Ontario governing-law, as-is, limitation-of-liability, indemnity, data, intellectual-property, prohibited-conduct, and trading-risk provisions, is incorporated into these Official Rules. Checking the box and submitting the form is your electronic signature under Ontario’s Electronic Commerce Act, 2000, and has the same effect as a handwritten signature. If you do not agree, do not enter.
Effective. These Official Rules are effective as of September 1, 2026 and apply to all SuperAreas.com giveaways unless a campaign page expressly states additional terms that are consistent with these Rules. Each campaign is a separate promotional contest. Entry in one campaign does not enter you in any other.
1. No purchase necessary
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase, SuperAreas.com membership, subscription, coaching session, software lease, ATM strategy bundle, or any other payment does not increase your chances of winning and is not required. There is no entry fee. The only method of entry is the official SuperAreas.com giveaway form. Odds of winning depend solely on the number of eligible entries received for that campaign before the published deadline. There is no regional allocation of prizes unless a campaign page expressly states one.
2. Ontario and Canadian promotional-contest requirements
These giveaways are promotional contests administered from Ontario, Canada. They are intended to comply with applicable Canadian federal law and Ontario law, including:
- Criminal Code of Canada, s. 206 (lotteries and games of chance). Pure games of chance for a prize can be unlawful. These giveaways are structured as promotional contests of mixed chance and skill. Before any prize is awarded, a selected contestant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or electronic aid, and without another person’s assistance.
- Competition Act (Canada), including s. 74.06 (promotional contests). The public is able to know, from these Official Rules and the applicable campaign page: how to enter; that entry is free; the number and nature of prizes; that there is no regional allocation unless stated; that odds depend on the number of eligible entries; the contest period and deadline; the winner-selection method; and the skill-testing requirement.
- Competition Bureau guidance on promotional contests. Disclosures on banners, the entry page, and these Rules are intended to be adequate and fair. Short banner copy is supplemented by this full rules page, which is linked from the banner after the “no purchase necessary” statement.
- Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, including unfair-practice and internet-agreement principles. The supplier’s name, contact information, a description of the promotion (a free chance to win a promotional prize with no cash value), the fact that there is no price to enter, and the prize-award process are disclosed here and on the campaign page. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to take away rights that Ontario law does not allow a consumer to waive. These Rules are not a sale of goods under the Sale of Goods Act.
- Ontario Electronic Commerce Act, 2000. Information, contracts, and signatures in electronic form are valid. Your check-box acceptance and form submission constitute consent to receive these Rules electronically and to form a contract electronically.
- Limitations Act, 2002 (Ontario). Claims arising out of these Official Rules or a giveaway are subject to applicable Ontario limitation periods, including the basic two-year limitation period where it applies.
- Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Ontario privacy expectations for the collection, use, and storage of personal information needed to run the contest, prevent fraud, contact winners, and keep records. Ontario does not currently have a comprehensive private-sector privacy statute covering this activity, so PIPEDA and these Rules govern.
- Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Confirmation, administration, and winner-contact messages are sent because you entered (implied/express consent for the contest). You may unsubscribe from optional marketing messages. Contest administration messages may still be sent as needed to run the giveaway.
- Age of majority in Ontario is 18. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your place of residence, if higher) to enter. Parental consent does not make a minor eligible.
- Official time is Eastern Time in Ontario (America/Toronto), including Daylight Saving Time when in effect. The Sponsor’s clock and records are official.
- Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) / Gaming Control Act, 1992. These promotions are not AGCO-licensed lotteries. They are skill-tested promotional contests with no purchase required.
- Quebec. Unless a campaign page expressly states that residents of Quebec are eligible, this promotion is void in Quebec. Opening a contest to Quebec generally requires additional French-language rules and, where applicable, filing with the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ) that these generic Rules do not satisfy. The Charter of the French Language requirements for Quebec-directed publicity are therefore not engaged.
- English language. These Official Rules and all contest communications are in English, which controls. A French version is not offered except if a Quebec-eligible campaign later says otherwise.
- No class action waiver beyond what Ontario law allows. You may bring an individual claim in the courts described below. Nothing here is intended to bar a proceeding that Ontario law does not permit parties to waive.
3. Eligibility
- Open to natural persons who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority where they live, if higher), who submit a valid name, email, and phone number, and who can accept a binding contract.
- Open to residents of Canada (except Quebec, unless a campaign page says otherwise), the United States, and other jurisdictions where the promotion is not prohibited. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of the Sponsor, members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses), and persons living in the same household, are not eligible.
- Employees of a prize issuer (for example, a third-party evaluation or prop firm named on a campaign page) and members of their immediate household are not eligible for a prize issued by that firm, if the issuer so requires.
- One entry per person, per email address, and per phone number per campaign, unless a campaign page clearly states otherwise. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
- Each giveaway is separate. An entry, contest number, and winner profile belong only to that campaign. Entering or winning one SuperAreas.com giveaway does not enter you in any other. You must submit a new form for each new campaign. A new contest number is issued each time. Prior winners remain eligible for later campaigns if they register again.
- You must use true, accurate, current, and complete information. False identity, disposable identity, or entry on behalf of another person without authority is prohibited, consistent with the website terms.
- You may not use bots, scripts, scrapers, or any automated method to enter, copy, or monitor the contest, consistent with the website terms prohibiting robots, scrapers, framing, and similar conduct.
- The Sponsor may require government-issued photo identification, proof of age, proof of residency, and a signed declaration and release before awarding a prize.
4. How to enter
Go to the official SuperAreas.com giveaway entry page for the campaign, complete the required fields (name, email, phone), agree to these Official Rules, and submit the form before the deadline shown for that campaign. That submission is an entry in that campaign only. Entries close 60 minutes before the published winner-announcement time unless a campaign page states a different close time. The Sponsor’s clock and records are official. Late, lost, blocked, filtered, incomplete, or misdirected entries are void.
You may request withdrawal of your entry before the entry deadline by emailing [email protected] from the address used to enter, with enough detail for the Sponsor to identify the entry. After the deadline, entries may be retained as required to administer the giveaway and keep records.
5. Competition Act prize disclosure
- The number of prizes, prize description, and winner-announcement date for each campaign appear on that campaign’s entry page, banner, and (if used) winners page.
- Prizes are promotional only. They have NO CASH VALUE through SuperAreas.com. Approximate retail value of each prize, for disclosure purposes, is $0 CAD because the prize cannot be redeemed for money from the Sponsor. A third-party issuer’s own advertised list price, if any, is not a cash equivalent offered by the Sponsor.
- There is no regional allocation of prizes unless a campaign page states otherwise. Ontario residents are eligible on the same basis as other eligible residents.
- Odds of winning a given prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for that campaign before the deadline, and on the number of prizes for that campaign (including any maximum number of winners shown on the campaign page).
- A mathematical skill-testing question must be answered correctly before a prize is awarded.
6. Prizes — no cash value; third-party products
- Prizes cannot be exchanged, assigned, sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash, credit, cheque, wire, crypto, or any monetary equivalent through SuperAreas.com.
- Only the selected winner may collect the prize. The prize is personal to the verified winner named on the winning entry. It cannot be collected, claimed, or used by a family member, friend, or any other person. The Sponsor will not substitute another person for the winner. No exceptions will be made. If the winner cannot or will not complete verification, skill-testing, and prize-issuer requirements, the prize is forfeited and the Sponsor may select an alternate from remaining eligible entries; that is not a transfer of the original winner’s prize to a person of the original winner’s choosing.
- Labels such as “50K” or “25K” describe a promotional funded-evaluation / take-profit style account product. They do not mean cash, bank deposits, investment principal, or guaranteed trading capital.
- Trading-account prizes (including Take Profit Trader TEST/Eval accounts, Lucid accounts, or similar) remain subject to the prize issuer’s own terms, eligibility, KYC, geographic restrictions, and platform rules. The Sponsor does not guarantee that any third-party firm will open, fund, or maintain an account for a winner. If the issuer refuses the winner, the prize is forfeited or the Sponsor may select an alternate.
- Gift cards or similar items, if offered, are subject to the issuer’s terms and are not redeemable for cash through SuperAreas.com.
- The Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable promotional character if the stated prize cannot reasonably be awarded. Prizes are awarded “as is.”
- Third-party names are used only to identify the prize. There is no affiliation as prize issuer, no endorsement implied, and no joint venture. Those parties are not sponsors of the contest unless a campaign page says they are.
- Subject to eligibility, skill-testing, and verification, the Sponsor intends to award the stated number of prizes for each campaign. Unclaimed or forfeited prizes may be awarded to an alternate or may go unawarded if no eligible alternate can reasonably be selected.
7. Winner selection
Winners are selected at random from eligible entries for that campaign, typically by a public shuffle: contestant numbers appear as chips inside a box, the chips are shuffled, and one chip is selected in the center. Each remaining eligible contestant has an equal chance. Official shuffles use a cryptographically secure random draw among all remaining eligible contestants for that campaign. Official shuffles occur on or after the winner-announcement date and time shown for the campaign, and may be shown on a live camera. Fun / unofficial shuffles do not award prizes. A recorded official result is final, subject only to eligibility, skill-testing, and verification. If a selected contestant is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or is disqualified, the Sponsor may select an alternate by another official shuffle from remaining eligible entries. After a contestant is recorded as an official winner, that contestant is removed from that campaign’s shuffle box for later official shuffles in the same campaign. The Sponsor’s decisions on eligibility, disqualification, and recorded official results are final, subject to applicable Ontario law.
8. Skill-testing question (Canada)
Before awarding a prize, the Sponsor will require the selected contestant to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without the aid of any device, calculator, another person, or pre-prepared answer. The question is administered in English. Example form: a short arithmetic problem of the type (a × b) + c − d. Failure or refusal to answer correctly within the time given forfeits the prize. This requirement is a condition of awarding the prize and is intended to satisfy Canadian criminal-law limits on games of pure chance.
9. Winner notification, declaration, and award
The Sponsor will attempt to contact selected contestants using the email and/or phone provided at entry. If the Sponsor cannot reasonably reach a selected contestant, or the contestant does not complete verification, skill-testing, and any required prize-issuer steps within seven (7) days (or a shorter period stated in the contact message), the prize may be forfeited. The Sponsor is not responsible for delayed, blocked, or filtered email or SMS.
As a condition of receiving a prize, a selected contestant must sign (including electronically) a declaration of eligibility, publicity consent, content licence, and a release of claims in a form reasonably required by the Sponsor, confirming compliance with these Official Rules (including Section 11) and releasing the Sponsor and related parties to the extent permitted by Ontario law. Failure to return the documents in time, or to reasonably cooperate with a winner publicity request described in Section 11, may forfeit the prize.
A public winner list for a campaign is available at that campaign’s winners page on SuperAreas.com after official results are recorded. Each campaign has its own winner list and winner profiles. Lists may show a masked name, masked phone, contest number, spin number, and date. Full contact details are not published. You may also request winner information for a completed campaign by emailing [email protected].
10. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any tax, reporting, or third-party account fees that may apply in their jurisdiction. These Official Rules do not provide tax advice. Treatment of contest prizes can differ between Canada, the United States, and other countries. Seek independent advice if needed. The Sponsor will not pay tax on a winner’s behalf and will not gross-up any prize.
11. Publicity, winner content, and promotional use
You are on notice: if you win, SuperAreas.com may ask you to post a review, make a social-media post, tag SuperAreas.com / @SuperAreas, and/or record or appear in a photo or video. SuperAreas.com may use that material, and your name and likeness, in promotional publications. By entering, you agree to this. If you do not agree, do not enter.
- Shuffle box and winner list. Your contest number as entered may appear in the public shuffle box for that campaign. A privacy-masked version of your name and phone, plus your contest number, may appear on public winner materials, live streams, and social posts about the giveaway.
- Winner requests. If you are selected as a winner, the Sponsor may request that you, within a reasonable time and at no extra fee: (a) post a written review of SuperAreas.com and/or the giveaway; (b) publish a post on one or more social platforms (including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Telegram, LinkedIn, or similar); (c) tag, mention, or credit SuperAreas.com / @SuperAreas and, if asked, the prize issuer; and/or (d) create or appear in a photo, story, short, or video of you as the winner (including holding or describing the prize). The Sponsor may provide suggested wording, hashtags, tags, and a deadline.
- Condition of the prize. Reasonable cooperation with those requests is a condition of receiving and keeping the prize, together with skill-testing and verification. Refusal, delay beyond the time given, or posting content that is false, defamatory, or contrary to these Rules may forfeit the prize or allow the Sponsor to select an alternate. The Sponsor is not required to make a request of every winner.
- Licence to SuperAreas.com. You grant the Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable (to the extent Ontario law allows) licence to use, copy, edit, excerpt, translate, distribute, display, perform, broadcast, stream, advertise, and otherwise publish: your name (as entered, or first name and last initial), city or region, contest number, voice, image, likeness, biographical facts you provide, review text, social posts, tags, comments, photos, videos, live-stream appearance, and any other winner content you create or allow the Sponsor to capture (“Winner Content”). SuperAreas.com may use Winner Content in any media now known or later developed, including the website, emails, ads, social accounts, YouTube, Telegram, print, and press, to promote SuperAreas.com, its education services, and its giveaways, without further notice or compensation. You waive moral rights in Winner Content to the extent permitted by the Copyright Act (Canada). You confirm you have the right to grant this licence and that Winner Content will not infringe anyone else’s rights.
- No extra payment. There is no cash value, talent fee, or royalty for this use. A prize is not payment for an endorsement; it remains a promotional contest prize with no cash value through SuperAreas.com.
- Testimonials are not typical. If Winner Content is used as a review or testimonial, it reflects that winner’s experience only. Results are not typical. Most traders lose money. It is not a promise of trading profit, consistent with CFTC Rule 4.41 style disclosures and the website terms.
- Personality and privacy. This Section is consent for promotional use of your name and likeness for the purposes described, including under Ontario common-law personality rights and PIPEDA where it applies. Public winner lists still use masked phone numbers. The Sponsor will not sell your entry data for third-party advertising.
12. Personal information, cookies, and records
The Sponsor collects the information you submit and technical data (including IP address, device, browser, screen size, timezone, language, referrer, cookies, and similar) for fraud prevention, administration, winner verification, security, and record-keeping, consistent with the data practices described in the website terms. You consent to that collection and use for those purposes. Data may be stored on servers in or outside Canada. The Sponsor does not sell browsing or entry data to third parties for advertising. Requests about personal information, including access or correction under PIPEDA where it applies, may be sent to [email protected]. Contest records may be kept as long as reasonably needed to administer the promotion, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
13. Trading, education, and “as is” (aligned with website terms)
The website and these giveaways are for promotional, informational, and educational purposes only. They are not investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, not an offer of employment, and not a solicitation to buy or sell any financial product. SuperAreas.com is not a registered broker, dealer, investment adviser, or commodity trading advisor. Futures, options, forex, and similar trading involve a substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone. You may lose all risk capital, and losses can exceed deposits when leverage is used. Past or hypothetical results do not guarantee future results.
Hypothetical or simulated performance has inherent limitations. Unlike actual performance records, simulated results do not represent actual trading and may under- or over-compensate for market factors such as liquidity. No representation is made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Methods, indicators, auto strategies, and testimonials on the website are not represented to be profitable or typical. CFTC Rule 4.41 style disclosures used on SuperAreas.com apply to educational content on the site. A prize that is a trading-evaluation account does not change those disclosures. Mentors and the Sponsor are not responsible for trading losses, consistent with the mentoring disclaimer in the website terms.
The website, software (including any ATM or related tools), and materials are provided AS IS, AS AVAILABLE, and (where the website so states) in beta, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Use of any information is at your own risk.
14. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor, its owners, employees, representatives, agents, directors, shareholders, mentors, and related parties are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of the giveaway, the website, a prize, a third-party platform, or your trading, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes lost data, lost profits, business interruption, prize-issuer refusal, technical failure, viruses, unauthorized access, and errors in materials. Some jurisdictions restrict limitation of liability; in those places, liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed. Where a contractual cap is enforceable, the Sponsor’s aggregate liability arising out of a giveaway is limited to CAD $0 in prize cash value plus, if a court requires a further cap, the amount (if any) you paid the Sponsor in the three months before the claim solely for SuperAreas.com services — which is not an entry fee.
You agree to indemnify and hold those parties harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your entry, your breach of these Official Rules or the website terms, your prohibited conduct, or your use of a prize or the website.
15. Prohibited conduct, intellectual property, and force majeure
You must not interfere with the contest or website, create a false identity, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, scrape or reverse-engineer software, frame the site, impose an unreasonable load, or use the promotion for any unlawful purpose, consistent with the website terms. SuperAreas.com content, branding, software, and contest materials are owned by or licensed to the Sponsor. Reproduction, scraping, reverse engineering, framing, or unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
If fraud, technical failure, natural event, legal change, labour dispute, internet or hosting failure, or any cause beyond reasonable control corrupts or prevents proper administration, the Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the affected campaign in a manner that is fair and consistent with these Official Rules, including under force-majeure principles recognized in Ontario.
Social-media platforms (including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, Telegram, and similar) are not sponsors of these giveaways. The promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or administered by those platforms.
16. Governing law — Ontario, Canada
These Official Rules, the giveaways, and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, matching the website terms (including the SuperAreas.com SLA governing-law clause). The English language controls. Proceedings are in English. You waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum to the extent Ontario law allows.
17. Changes, severability, and entire agreement
The Sponsor may update these Official Rules for future campaigns by posting a revised version at https://superareas.com/giveaways/terms.php. For a campaign already open, material changes will not apply to existing entries except as needed to comply with law or to administer the contest fairly after a force-majeure event. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
These Official Rules, the campaign dates/prize details displayed for a specific giveaway, and the SuperAreas.com Full Terms, Conditions & Disclosures together are the entire agreement for participation in SuperAreas.com giveaways. Website terms remain in force for use of SuperAreas.com generally, including subscriptions, refunds, ATM strategies, account security, and intellectual property, which are not altered by entering a giveaway.
